- Partner with teams throughout the full recruiting lifecycle;
- Conduct the full-cycle recruitment and selection process;
- Searching for candidates using different tools;
- Find and recruit the best people in the market to join our company within deadlines;
- Use creative marketing/social media and advertising to reach the right audience;
- Organize and conduct HR Interview;
- Candidates’ database administration;
- On-time feedback to candidates;
- Participation in introduction and adaptation of newcomers;
- Supporting employees and assistance in resolving various issues;
- Participation in different HR activities.
- 1+ years of recruitment experience;
- Experienced with full life cycle recruiting for technical roles;
- Ability to apply new knowledge in work, quickly switch between tasks, and easily adapt to change;
- Can organize a high-volume pipeline for a large and diverse set of positions;
- Will use data and metrics to optimize our recruiting process;
- At least Intermediate English level;
- Knowledge of the recruitment process and sourcing channels;
- Have superior written and verbal communication skills.
