Responsibilities

  • Build and curate a list of cold leads using platforms such as UpWork, Crunchbase, Clutch, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Craft and test personalized messages and connection requests to engage leads effectively.
  • Maintain and update lead information in a CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop lead-generation strategies.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of lead generation activities and deliver regular reports to sales management.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in IT lead generation
  • Experience working on Upwork (1 year)
  • Proficiency in English, with a level of at least B2.
  • Strong ability to craft engaging message sequences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Apollo.
  • Good experience with automation tools for LinkedIn and Email (e.g., Snov.io, Expandi, LinkedHelper, etc.).
  • Experienced with Chat GPT and other AI tools
  • Excellent analytical and research skills.
  • Understanding the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Results-driven, proactive, hardworking, attentive, and responsible attitude.
