Lead Generation / Junior Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting all client's needs and convert them into requirements for creating ERP/CRM-systems, e-Commerce websites, and other projects.
Responsibilities
- Help build a stable lead generation process utilizing previous experience;
- Work with the sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals by active search and attraction of potential clients;
- Generate MQLs through cold LinkedIn messages and emails;
- Participate actively in team meetings, generate ideas, take initiative and responsibility;
- Work within our CRM to build a data-driven sales engine.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of work experience in sales prospecting, lead research, and generation or similar function with software products or services;
- Knowledge of at least one approach to generating leads: cold outreach, conferences, social selling, etc.;
- Upper-intermediate English;
- Analytical mindset and research skills, attention to detail;
- Take part in the discovery, and design phases of SDLC;
- Flexible and proactive, able to drive processes independently;
- Desire to learn and continuously improve;
- Ability to run processes simultaneously and keep an eye on the details.
