Lead Generation / Junior Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Help build a stable lead generation process utilizing previous experience;
  • Work with the sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals by active search and attraction of potential clients;
  • Generate MQLs through cold LinkedIn messages and emails;
  • Participate actively in team meetings, generate ideas, take initiative and responsibility;
  • Work within our CRM to build a data-driven sales engine.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year work experience in sales prospecting, lead research, and generation or similar function with software products or services;
  • Knowledge of at least one approach to generating leads: cold outreach, conferences, social selling, etc.;
  • Upper-intermediate English;
  • Analytical mindset and research skills, attention to detail;
  • Take part in the discovery, and design phases of SDLC;
  • Flexible and proactive, able to drive processes independently;
  • Desire to learn and continuously improve;
  • Ability to run processes simultaneously and keep an eye on the details.
